Breaking the Chains of Closed Minds

Once upon a time in Cubicle City, there was a talented worker named Alex. The problem? Cubicle City had a serious case of closed minds. People there didn't like new ideas. Whenever Alex suggested a better way of doing things or a cool project, everyone shook their heads. It was like their brains were locked in a box labeled "No Change Allowed."
