The science of assessment

A skill is defined as the speed of accessing the subconscious memory to follow the instructions of the brain without any hindrance of the conscious brain to perform an activity is called a skill.                         There are two types of quotients that are crisp in a definition and separately measurable through basic gauges. One is the conscious brain and sends off the subconscious brain. IQ and EQ are quotients of the conscious brain.  The science of assessment lies in calibrating which quotients is you working on, to begin with. Knowledge sense or skill resides in totally different parts of the brain. Knowledge can only be tested through testing memory. Which schools do by taking exams. What's the difference between teaching and training scientifically?

Answer: The simpler version of the answer to the question lies in psychology, not physiology. Training means to build a subconscious memory while teaching means to generate a conscious thought.  Why and how both can be taught and trained and is not at all a scientific way of approaching this subject.  Let's talk about training. The training of the human being requires a conscious routine of events to create a subconscious memory. Training happens through a carefully chosen process to occur subconsciously. some people have a focal point that doesn't move that easily (we can talk about that in the next topic) so they transfer the conscious knowledge a little sooner to their subconscious memory. 7 things to improve your English communication

English is very easy to learn.All you need to do is train yourself to speak English as comfortably as you speak your mother tongue. You need certain practice in your daily life. Here are some tips to follow: 1. Make friendship Find out a friend who also wants to improve his or her English and have lunch or dinner with them. Make it a habit and utilize the whole time for communicating in English. Introduce penalties if this rule is broken. Of course, this will help you to improve your listening and speaking skill.
