Answer: The simpler version of the answer to the question lies in psychology, not physiology. Training means to build a subconscious memory while teaching means to generate a conscious thought.
Why and how both can be taught and trained and is not at all a scientific way of approaching this subject.
Let's talk about training. The training of the human being requires a conscious routine of events to create a subconscious memory. Training happens through a carefully chosen process to occur subconsciously. some people have a focal point that doesn't move that easily (we can talk about that in the next topic) so they transfer the conscious knowledge a little sooner to their subconscious memory. And some require a little more time however the technique is the same. The subconscious memory is the only factory which stores the synapse of the origin and sequence as well of all the instructions needed to get the job done within the least amount of time.
The conscious brain has absolutely no platforms of memory and it transmits a one-way impulse only. Which is inward towards the limbic (emotional part) or neocortex (the reasoning part) which means that you can only rely on the conscious brain to access the memory and then move every muscle separately through a separate synapse. E.g. driving a car through a conscious brain makes it impossible for a smooth drive or a safe drive. In order to drive smoothly or safely to u will have to create a subconscious memory through recurrent activities and then drive the CAR subconsciously, release the clutch at the perfect time while keeping an eye on the crossroads of a busy road cannot be consciously possible while you are on the phone talking to a patient of yours. Or texting on the phone while driving a fast car in the night.
The best example is knitting. We can teach them how to knit, but in order to train them, we need to transfer the intricate movement of the fingers through a routine, and if you use a conscious brain, you will never be able to knit. We use this exercise for our patients to trigger impulses for motor neurons if they have a slower synapse.
Or swimming, which can only be trained since it requires the subconscious brain to literally overcome the conscious brain at all times during the activity.
